This week was rather low-vibrational, and I’ve been thinking about changing the clocks, having successfully evaded utter doom and gloom this winter thanks to indoor cycling, I need to start meditating, the incredible Jeff Koons profile in the new GQ, how Koons really is the GOAT but for some reason artists (especially Black ones) aren’t supposed to say or think that even though Michael Jackson and Bubbles is one of the best artworks any human has ever made, rewatching Jersey Shore now that I’m significantly older than the cast was at the time of filming, finding a new therapist, the Feelings Wheel, actually wearing my blue light glasses while working from home helps me get into Worko Mode even if I’m wearing sweatpants, and the healing powers of simply taking a walk outside.
