Happy New Year, Frame Gang –

More than I am excited for a new year, I am excited to be done with the holiday season. Not to be a complete Grinch* about it, but, as someone who operates best when following some kind of routine, the holidays are a threat to my physical wellbeing. So much so that I literally got sick the entire week of Christmas. My health bounced back, but, this week, my vibration has been low. Instead of any deep soul searching or processing of feelings, I think I will, instead, try to outrun the bad vibes on my stationary bike, and sweat them out in the gym.

I’m thinking about the coming winter storm, the Katt Williams interview, reading my To Read stack, keeping fresh flowers around, and being so utterly exhausted by picking shows to watch and music to listen to that now I just want cable and the radio.

No resolutions, just ablutions,
